The Knap is a comfortably furnished home with full gas cetral heating. The property comprises entrance hall, cloakroom, separtate lounge with electric fire and digital colour television, dvd, cd and vcr players.

The modern kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. French Doors open onto the patio and garden.
Upstairs comprises single, twin and double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. The double bedroom has a shower/wc en-suite.

The Living Room comprises a two and three seater sofa and separate chair with footstool.  There is a digital television, DVD and VCR recorders. There is also an electric coal effect fire for additional warmth if requried in addition to the central heating.

The patio doors from the kitchen open directly onto the  private sunny garden landscaped with shrubs and roses.

Garden furniture is provided together with a BBQ

There is off street parking beside the house. Please note that the driveway is on an incline and some guests who are less confident drivers perfer to park on the road.

The master bedroom has a double bed with shower/wc en-suite. 

There is a further twin bedroom and a single bedroom. The family bathroom has a wc and a bath with electric shower.
